To confirm reservation it is necessary to pay 20% of advance. Payed advance is non-refundable in case of canceling reservation. Tourist tax is not included into the price. For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher. Arrival to apartments is after 16.00 and departure till 10.00. House is located in old part of the town similar as houses in Diocletian's palace. House has 4 floors of 24m2. Owner lives in ground foor and on the first floor. On second and third floor is apartment that we rent. Floors are connected with stairs. On second floor is bedroom with bathroom, totally 20m2. Bathroom has toilet, sink, shower. Bedroom has one double bed and one single bed. In bedroom is tv. On third floor is small kitchen and dining room, 12m2. Dining room is separated of terrace (10m2) with glass. Terrace is not covered. Kitchen suplies: 2 cookers, sink, fridge, no oven. Apartment has beautiful view on old roofs and bell towers, sea, nearby islands and town Biograd. Possibility of organizing boat excursions, buying homemade olive oil from National park Kornati.
